Services Provided
We provide towing, roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, emergency refueling, car unlock services, 4×4 recovery, RV and motorcycle towing, and light auto repair within Chilliwack and surrounding areas. The specific service you request will be defined in your service request / quote.
Quotes, Fees, and Payment
Estimates and Quotes: We will provide, upon request, an estimate of the cost of services. All quotes are approximate and subject to change depending on actual conditions (vehicle condition, distance, accessibility, etc.).
Fees: You agree to pay the fees for the services provided. Additional charges may apply for any special requirements (e.g., difficult access, extended delays, heavy recovery).
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. If any payment is not made when due, additional charges or interest may be applied.
Insurance/Third-Party Claims: If you plan to claim the cost through insurance, we will provide you with the documentation and receipts you require. However, payment to us remains your responsibility unless directly accepted by the insurer in advance.
Scheduling & Response Time
We strive for timely service and will provide an estimated arrival time when you request a service.
Response times may vary due to traffic, weather, location, or other unforeseen conditions. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information regarding your location, vehicle type, condition, and any obstacles that may affect service (e.g., locked gates, bad roads).
You must ensure that any personal items are removed from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal property left in vehicles.
You must follow any instructions given by our staff or dispatcher to ensure safety.
Liability & Limitation of Liability
We carry liability insurance and our operators are trained and certified. Still, you agree that we are not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for damage caused by existing conditions of the vehicle that were not disclosed, or by hazards we could not reasonably discover.
Our liability in any event is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Vehicle Damage
While we take all reasonable care, towing, recovery, or transport of vehicles inherently carries risks. We will take appropriate precautions to minimize damage.
If damage occurs, you must notify us immediately. We may require photographic evidence or inspection to assess damage claims.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel a scheduled service, please do so as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how soon before the scheduled time you cancel.
If our staff arrives and the job cannot proceed due to no-show, inaccessible location, or incorrect information, you may be charged for travel time or other costs.
Warranty on Repairs (If Applicable)
If light auto repair or maintenance services are performed, we offer warranty on labour / parts as per manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms (where applicable).
Warranty does not cover consequential damage or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located within British Columbia.
Privacy & Data
Your use of our website and provision of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website with an updated “Last Revised” date. Continued use of the website or our services after revisions will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
